The gate type shearing machine is a high-precision sheet metal processing equipment, widely used in the machinery manufacturing, motor, electrical and light industry, etc. It supports precise shearing of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum plate and other materials . The CORE structure adopts all-steel welding process, through vibration aging and heat treatment combined process eliminate internal stress to ensure rigidity and stability of equipment .

The technical parameters and specifications of the guillotine shearing machine vary depending on the model. For example, some shearing machines can shear a maximum width of 6500mm, a maximum shear thickness of 50mm, travel between 14 and 35 times, rear stop travel between 20 and 600mm, and the shearing Angle can be adjusted between 30' and 1°30 .

 

The guillotine shearing machine adopts a fully steel welded frame structure, which has undergone vibration aging and heat treatment to ensure the structural stability for long-term use. The guide system adopts three-point support rolling guide rail, which can completely eliminate support clearance, improve shear accuracy and blade service life . In addition, the gate shearing machine is equipped with an electric rear stopper and electronic counter for convenient adjustment of rear stopper position .

1. Quality Claims

If any quality issues are identified, the Buyer must lodge a formal claim within 60 days of the goods arriving at the destination port. The claim should be supported by an official inspection report from a recognized and mutually approved public surveyor.

2. Quantity Claims

For any discrepancies in quantity, the Buyer must submit a claim within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination.

3. Responsibility & Response Time

If the Seller is found to be responsible for the issue, a reply will be provided within 20 days upon receiving the claim. A proposed solution or settlement plan will be included to resolve the matter efficiently.

Our offer is valid for 30 calendar days. We reserve the right to update the price if raw material cost or FX rate fluctuates by more than ±3%.

T/T or L/C at sight are preferred. Orders ≤USD10000 may use PayPal or credit card with a 3% handling fee.

How do we structure payment milestones?    
Standard: 30% down payment → production → 70% balance before shipment. Custom projects may split 30% / 60% / 10%.

For standard models: 35-45days after deposit. Peak season or customized options add7-15days.

Yes, at a 5% surcharge we can shorten lead time to 20days subject to capacity confirmation.
