How long is our quotation valid?
Our offer is valid for 30 calendar days. We reserve the right to update the price if raw material cost or FX rate fluctuates by more than ±3%.
Which payment methods do we accept?
T/T or L/C at sight are preferred. Orders ≤USD10000 may use PayPal or credit card with a 3% handling fee.
How do we structure payment milestones?
Standard: 30% down payment → production → 70% balance before shipment. Custom projects may split 30% / 60% / 10%.
What is our normal lead time?
For standard models: 35-45days after deposit. Peak season or customized options add7-15days.
Can we handle rush orders?
Yes, at a 5% surcharge we can shorten lead time to 20days subject to capacity confirmation.
Which Incoterms do we support?
EXW, FOB<Shanghai/Tianjin>, CFR/CIF main seaports; DAP or DDP by negotiation for full container loads.
What are our transit times by sea, air, and rail?
Sea freight to EU base ports 28-35days, air 5-7days, China Europe rail 15-18days.
What is our packing standard?
Anti rust oil + stretch film Fumigation free plywood crate (ISPM 15 compliant) Steel bands & center of gravity marks.
Which certifications do we hold?

48 hour idle run + 2 hour full load run, 100% dimensional check, plus video & test report provided.

What are our warranty terms and scope?
Whole machine 12months or 2500running hours, whichever comes first. Defective parts replaced free (non man made). Consumables, misuse and power spikes excluded.
How do we serve customers post warranty?
Lifetime tech support; spare parts at cost; remote diagnostics free, on site visits charged at USD180/person/day.
What does our training cover?
Operation, maintenance, safety, troubleshooting-total 2days per group. Bilingual manuals & training certificates included.
Which shipping documents do we supply?
Commercial invoice, packing list, original B/L, Certificate of Origin (FORME/F/CO), insurance policy, CE DoC, English manual, spare parts list.
Can we customize voltage, frequency, or colour?
220V/380V/415V, 50/60Hz supported; paint to any RAL code; 2%-3% surcharge, +<5days lead time.
What is our software/firmware upgrade policy?
Free within warranty; afterwards USD200/update, remote flashing supported.
